The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which All Star Images adheres to comply.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) 

​I have requested barber services from All Star Images which necessitates my presence at the Company’s premises and, which requires contact with All Star Image’s personnel. I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all risk and waive and release any and all claims or rights of any kind, known or unknown, in equity or law, in contract or tort or otherwise, at any time arising from or related in any way to the COVID-19 virus against All Star Images or any owners, directors, officers, independent contractors, employees, or related persons or entities. I understand this assumption of the risk, waiver and release is in consideration for All Star Images providing barber services and permitting my presence on the All Star Image’s premises. This assumption of the risk, waiver and release is effective immediately and continues unless and until I cancel this assumption of the risk, waiver and release by a signed writing provided to Company.
